Ehlers Estate
Our farm-style, corrugated-clad fermentation and barrel houses accompany an original 1866 stone winery on the 43-acre non-profit, organic and biodynamic Ehlers Estate.
All of the Estate’s income is donated to late winemaker and philanthropist Jean Leducq’s foundation, funding cardiovascular research around the world. We fully upgraded the site’s long-standing infrastructure while raising the new buildings on a critically concise schedule. Grapes were loading into fermenting bins within three months, without a day’s distraction from the harvest or the cause.
